Refund Policy for Route-Ways Solutions

At Route-Ways Solutions, we provide guidance and referral services to help people find sustainable careers. We don't sell physical products; our focus is purely on offering support and connecting you with the right opportunities. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, reflecting the nature of our services.
1. Our Services and Payments
Typically, payment for our support packages comes from third parties like Jobcentre Plus, partner organisations, or charities, not directly from the individual receiving the service.
2. No Refunds for Individuals
If a third party has paid for a support package on your behalf, you, as the individual receiving the service, won't be entitled to a refund from Route-Ways Solutions.
3. Cancelling and Rescheduling Sessions
3.1. Cancellation
If you cancel a session with less than seven (7) days' notice, that session will still be counted as completed. To avoid this, you must give more than seven (7) days' notice. Cancelling within this 7-day window means you'll need to book and pay for an additional session if you require further support.
3.2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule paid appointments if you give us reasonable notice. If you request to reschedule with less than seven (7) days' notice, it's up to Route-Ways Solutions whether we allow it. If we do permit rescheduling with short notice, this will still count as your original session.
3.3. Not Attending
We don't provide refunds for sessions you don't attend.
4. Training Courses from IQMS Learning
Route-Ways Solutions may recommend training courses provided by our partner, IQMS Learning. However, all bookings and the delivery of these courses are handled solely by IQMS Learning. Any questions about cancelling or getting a refund for their training courses must go directly to IQMS Learning, following their own terms and conditions and refund policy. Route-Ways Solutions is not responsible for any refunds related to IQMS Learning's services.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations where Route-Ways Solutions can't provide the agreed-upon services, we'll primarily offer to reschedule your sessions. Refunds to the paying third party might be considered at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
